Synopsis
Reducing the penalty for possessing or administering a specified controlled dangerous substance from up to 4 years' imprisonment or a fine of up to $25,000 to a maximum of 1 year's imprisonment or a fine of up to $1,000 or both; and making specified conforming changes.
