Synopsis
Authorizing a local jurisdiction to use a stop sign monitoring system if authorized by local law and if the local jurisdiction conducts certain public engagement and performs certain actions; prohibiting a civil penalty for a violation recorded by a stop sign monitoring system from exceeding certain amounts, based on the annual income of the owner or driver of the vehicle; providing for the distribution of revenue collected by the District Court and local jurisdictions for violations recorded by stop sign monitoring systems; etc.
