Synopsis

Requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to distribute grants of equal amounts to each community college each fiscal year under the Community College Facilities Renewal Grant Program; and requiring the Governor in fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter to annually appropriate in the operating or capital budget of the Commission an amount equal to 10% of the appropriation to the Community College Construction Grant Program in the same fiscal year.
