Synopsis
Altering the information required to be in a certain annual report provided by the Police Commissioner of Baltimore City to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the members of the Baltimore City Delegation to the General Assembly to include the number of sworn Hispanic American police officers in the Department, the number of sworn officers assigned to the Community Collaboration Division, and the fiscal year budget allocation for the Community Collaboration Division.
