Requiring a certain credentialing entity to establish minimum standards requiring certain residents and employees of a certified recovery residence to submit to a urine test at a certain frequency and of a certain type; and requiring a certain credentialing entity to establish minimum standards that require certain recovery residences to maintain a certain record.
