Synopsis
Providing that, in a civil action against a specified person for damages for personal injury or death caused by a dog, the common law that applied on January 1, 2012, shall be retained under specified circumstances; stating the intent of the General Assembly to abrogate the holding by the Court of Appeals in a specified case; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
