Synopsis

Providing that no part of a professional fund established to receive specified payments from members of a profession and dedicated for use in the regulation or activities of the profession may be transferred to the General Fund unless approved and enacted into law by a three-fifths majority of each standing committee assigned the legislation and of the standing committee that customarily has jurisdiction over the profession; defining "professional fund"; etc.
