Synopsis
Authorizing the public disclosure by the Office of the Attorney General of the name and age of a child injured or killed in a police-involved incident as well as photographic or other visual depictions or descriptions of a police-involved incident resulting in the death or injury of a child, subject to the express consent of the child's parent or guardian.
