Synopsis

Expanding certain prohibitions on the installation and replacement of certain on-site sewage disposal systems unless the on-site sewage disposal system utilizes certain nitrogen removal technology to apply to certain property on which an on-site sewage disposal system is located or planned within 1,000 feet of a blue-line stream located in the watershed of a nitrogen-impaired body of water; etc.
