Synopsis
Requiring the State Administrator of Elections to convene a Risk-Limiting Audits Workgroup to draft a plan to conduct a risk-limiting audit of certain contests after each statewide election and proposed legislation for consideration by the General Assembly to enact the plan; and requiring the Workgroup to submit the plan for risk-limiting audits and any legislative recommendations to certain committees of the General Assembly by December 17, 2021.
