Synopsis
Altering the circumstances under which the Board of Social Work Examiners may issue a conditional license to practice social work; establishing alternate pathways through which an individual issued a conditional license may receive a full license; and requiring the Board, beginning in 2026, to report to certain committees of the General Assembly on the number of conditional licenses issued under the program, the number of conditional license holders who obtained full licensure, and any recommendations for improving the program.
