Synopsis

Requiring a person who has acquired certain voting securities or assets of another person to file a certain notice with the Attorney General under certain circumstances; exempting certain information or documentary material filed with the Attorney General from the Maryland Public Information Act except under certain circumstances; and altering the definition of "restitution" relating to remedies for a violation of the Maryland Antitrust Act.
