Synopsis

Establishing the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Restructuring Task Force to study the feasibility of transferring Montgomery County-specific duties of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to the Montgomery County government; and requiring the Task Force to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the County Executive of Montgomery County, the County Council of Montgomery County, and the members of the Montgomery County Delegation by December 1, 2024.
