Synopsis
Requiring that, after the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners takes final action concerning the continued use of a public school facility for specified purposes, the Baltimore City Department of Planning shall appoint a certain community task force to review and make recommendations concerning the future use of the public school facility; authorizing the board to use a school building as a swing school for a period not exceeding 4 years; etc.
