Synopsis

Requiring the Public Service Commission to expand the EV Pilot Program to allow participating electric companies to install EV charging stations in multifamily dwellings in underserved communities; requiring the Commission to terminate the expansion of the EV Pilot Program on December 31, 2025; requiring an electric company operating an EV charging network to ensure the EV charging stations in the EV charging network maintain certain uptime standards, subject to certain exceptions; etc.
