Synopsis

Requiring that the inspection and testing deadline be extended for a vehicle owned or driven primarily by a student enrolled in an out-of-state school, out-of-state summer education program, or summer volunteer program; prohibiting an extension from being granted if the extension is prohibited by federal law; requiring that the inspection and testing deadline be extended to certain time frames for certain students; establishing the qualifications for an extension; etc.
