Establishing requirements and procedures for the registration of professional power washers in the State by the Maryland Department of Labor; requiring the Department to adopt regulations establishing requirements and procedures for the registration of professional power washers and providing for certain enforcement; authorizing the Department to impose a civil penalty of up to $5,000 on a person who violates the provisions of the Act.
