Synopsis
Requiring a person to hold a common carrier permit to ship premium cigars or pipe tobacco in the State; authorizing the Executive Director of the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission to take certain action regarding a certain license if the use of the licensed premises does not conform to certain provisions of law; authorizing the Executive Director to conduct certain inspections and searches without a warrant; requiring a study on identifying and eliminating barriers to minority participation in the alcoholic beverages industry; etc.
