Synopsis

Altering a specified provision of law to allow the local impact grants distributed to Prince George's County from specified proceeds of video lottery terminals to be used for after-school and recreational activity projects in addition to public safety projects; providing that specified proceeds used for public safety projects may not exceed 50% of the available funds specified by the Act; etc.
