Synopsis
Requiring certain junk dealers, scrap metal processors, and antique dealers to register and provide a description including certain information of purchased telecommunications equipment with a certain law enforcement official; prohibiting certain individuals from destroying telecommunications infrastructure in a certain manner; and providing that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment of up to 6 months or a fine of up to $500 or both.
