Synopsis
Requiring a virtual tutoring service that contracts with a county board of education, including the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners, or a nonpublic school to conduct a criminal history records check for any individual at the virtual tutoring service who engages with a minor; and exempting certain virtual tutoring services from collecting certain information about its employees under certain circumstances.
