Synopsis
Prohibiting a motor vehicle dealer from delivering a motor vehicle for which two registration plates are required to a buyer or lessee unless the motor vehicle has a certain front registration plate display mechanism or the buyer or lessee signs a written statement acknowledging declined installation of the display mechanism; requiring a motor vehicle dealer to submit certain information on declined installation of a certain front registration plate display mechanism to the Motor Vehicle Administration; etc.
