Synopsis
Repealing certain provisions of law authorizing a peer-to-peer car sharing program's motor vehicle liability insurance policy on a replacement vehicle to be secondary coverage for a shared vehicle driver; altering certain motor vehicle liability insurance requirements applicable to peer-to-peer car sharing programs; authorizing a peer-to-peer car sharing program to transfer monetary liability and charge a shared vehicle owner for certain tolls, fees, charges, or fines imposed under certain circumstances; etc.
