Synopsis
Prohibiting a person, from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, from selling food that contains Red Dye No. 3 in the State unless the food packaging includes a certain warning; and prohibiting a person, beginning on October 1, 2028, from manufacturing, selling, delivering, holding, or offering for sale in the State food that contains brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate, propylparaben, or Red Dye No. 3.
