Analysis

Synopsis

Allowing a credit against the State income tax for the purchase price of certain electric autocycles, bicycles, or motorcycles purchased for personal use during the taxable year; providing the credit may not exceed the lesser of $500 for each qualified vehicle or the State income tax for that taxable year; and applying the Act to all taxable years beginning after December 31, 2022.
