Synopsis
Authorizing the Secretary of State Police to determine the manner and format for applications for certification as a private detective and security guard and for a license to provide security guard services; and requiring an applicant for a commission as a special police officer to submit two sets of legible fingerprints taken in a format approved by the Director of the Central Repository and the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
