Synopsis
Prohibiting an individual from operating a motor vehicle on a highway while wearing or using a wearable computer with a head-mounted display; establishing a penalty of $75 for a first violation of the Act, $125 for a second offense, and $175 for third and subsequent offenses; and defining the term "wearable computer with a head-mounted display".
