Synopsis
Providing that, for the purpose of specified provisions of law concerning exceptions to exclusivity of compensation under workers' compensation law, an employer is deemed to have acted with specified deliberate intent to injure or kill a covered employee if the employer acted in a specified manner or had actual knowledge that an injury or death was substantially likely to occur and willfully disregarded that knowledge; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
