Synopsis
Prohibiting a governmental unit from making a Web site available to the public unless specified conditions are met; requiring, under specified circumstances, a governmental unit to obtain a specified certification before a specified date; prohibiting a Web site from being certified as secure unless specified conditions are met; requiring a governmental unit to immediately notify the Secretary of Information Technology if the governmental unit is unable to obtain a specified certification; etc.
