Synopsis
Providing specified employees a total of six workweeks of parental leave in a 12-month period under specified circumstances; providing that the parental leave granted by an employer may be unpaid; providing that paid leave may be substituted for any part of the six workweeks of leave under specified circumstances; authorizing an employer to require an employee to provide written notice of the employee's intention to take parental leave under specified circumstances; etc.
