Synopsis
Requiring the State to provide, in Garrett County, Kent County, and Talbot County, a summer supplement of $30 per child, per month for June, July, and August, to a household that receives a federally funded benefit under the food stamp program; requiring the Department of Human Services to measure certain effects and annually report to the Governor and the General Assembly; requiring the Governor to appropriate $350,000 for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 for the summer supplement, measuring, and reporting; terminating the Act; etc.
