Authorizing an electric customer to request the removal of a specified smart meter and the reinstallation of an analog meter at the electric customer's premises any time within a specified 3-year period; requiring an electric company, on receipt of a request under the Act, to promptly remove a specified smart meter and reinstall an analog meter at an electric customer's premises at no cost to the electric customer; making the Act applicable only to smart meters installed on the exterior of an electric customer's premises; etc.
