Synopsis
Repealing a requirement that the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene consider accreditation of specified mental health facilities by specified accrediting organizations; and authorizing the Secretary to consider accreditation of specified mental health facilities by an accrediting organization approved by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
