Analysis

Synopsis

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City or the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to exempt, under specified circumstances, specified personal property used in the construction of specified wells from the county or municipal corporation property tax; authorizing the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to enact specified provisions to carry out the exemption; and applying the Act to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2017.
