Synopsis
                                Requiring the Chief Academic Officer in the Baltimore City Public School System to develop and implement curriculum content standards for specified grades relating to the history and culture of any minority group that constitutes two-thirds of the student body of the Baltimore City Public School System; establishing the Larry Gibson Teacher Award to assist in the repayment of student loans owed by  public school teachers in the State who received an undergraduate degree from Coppin State or Morgan State University; etc.
