Authorizing a pharmacist who meets the requirements of certain regulations to prescribe and dispense medications approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as an aid for the cessation of the use of tobacco products; requiring the State Board of Pharmacy, by September 1, 2019, to adopt certain regulations; altering the definition of "nicotine replacement therapy" to require certain insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for certain over-the-counter products; etc.
