Synopsis

Requiring the State Highway Administration to approve, deny, or return as incomplete an application for the use of a certain speed monitoring system within 120 days after receipt of the application; providing that if the Administration does not approve, deny, or return the application in accordance with the Act, the application is deemed approved; and limiting the number of applications that may be submitted to no more than 10 during any 30-day period.
