Synopsis

Requiring the Office of Public Health Services in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a study of safe and healthy school hours for Maryland public schools, consult with specified persons, and make recommendations relating to alternative school day starting times for Maryland public schools; and requiring the Office of Public Health Services to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2014; etc.
