Synopsis
Requiring the State Board of Master Electricians to establish a Master Electricians Guaranty Fund; requiring the State Board to maintain the Fund at a level of $250,000, submit a certain report, deposit certain money into the Fund, and administer the Fund; requiring applicants for a State license to provide electrical services to pay a $100 fee into the Fund; requiring the State Board to charge State licensees an additional $50 fee if the Fund falls below the $250,000 level; limiting awards from the Fund to $20,000 per claimant; etc.
