Synopsis

Establishing the maximum funding amount of $300,000 or 80% of the total project cost for certain grants made by the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority; decreasing the percentage of Program Open Space funds transferred to the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority Financing Fund that may be used for certain operating expenses from 10% to 7%; and increasing the maximum amount of certain Program Open Space funds that may be transferred to the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority Financing Fund from $3,000,000 to $12,000,000.
