Synopsis
Altering the period of time, from 72 hours to 5 calendar days after a birth occurs, within which specified persons must prepare and file a birth certificate with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, specified persons must provide specified information required on a birth certificate, and the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene must verify a birth; etc.
