Authorizing the State Board of Public Accountancy to place a licensee on emeritus status under certain circumstances; requiring the Board to review an application for emeritus status within 90 days of receipt of the application; and requiring the Board to reinstate the license of an individual who is on emeritus status under certain circumstances.
