Synopsis
Prohibiting an individual from providing management services to a common ownership community in the State unless the individual is registered with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing specified exceptions to specified requirements of the Act; establishing specified application requirements for registration; requiring the Department to assign a registration number and issue a registration certificate to specified qualified applicants; etc.
