Synopsis

Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to deny a request by a county or municipal corporation for reimbursement of a certain portion of the revenue not collected as a result of the enterprise zone property tax credit if the request is made after June 30; providing that the county or municipal corporation is forever barred from reimbursement under certain circumstances; requiring the Department to collect reimbursements in excess of the amount due in a certain manner; etc.
