Synopsis
Authorizing the State Highway Administration to use speed monitoring systems in areas determined to be of high risk to vulnerable road users and priority corridors in the Administration's Pedestrian Safety Action Plan; and defining "vulnerable road users" as individuals not traveling in a motor vehicle, including pedestrians, bicyclists, other cyclists, persons using personal conveyance or a mobility device such as a wheelchair, and persons on foot in a highway work zone.
