Synopsis

Altering the definition of "board" for purposes of requiring the State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists to post a list of recommended courses in cultural and linguistic competency, health disparities, and health literacy; requiring the Board to maintain an electronic list of licensees; altering the nominations process to the Board by requiring the Board to submit a list of potential nominees to the Secretary of Health and the Governor; etc.
