Altering a certain exception to allow for the involuntary admission of certain individuals who have a mental disorder, have experienced an overdose, have a history of persistent substance abuse, or present a danger to the life safety of the individual or others to certain facilities or a Veterans' Administration hospital; altering certain circumstances to allow a petition for an emergency evaluation to be made for certain individuals; altering the circumstances for petitions for the emergency evaluation of certain individuals; etc.
