Prohibiting a private home detention monitoring agency, an agent of a private home detention monitoring agency, an employee of a courthouse, or an employee of a correctinal facility from engaging in certain activities promoting or otherwise soliciting business for a private home detention monitoring agency on the grounds of a courthouse or correctional facility.
