Synopsis
Requiring that elections be conducted by mail; requiring the State Board of Elections, in consultation with the local boards of elections, to select a certain voting system; requiring the State Board to adopt certain regulations; requiring local boards of elections to mail a ballot to certain voters by certain deadlines; authorizing certain voters to request that a local board provide a ballot to the voter; requiring a voter who receives a ballot to return the marked ballot by mail or to certain drop sites; etc.
