Synopsis

Repealing provisions of law related to the Baltimore City Public School Board Community Panel; and altering the process for appointments to the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners to require that appointed members and members appointed to fill a vacancy of an appointed or elected member are subject to confirmation by the Senate of Maryland.
